These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on livianae.com by customers located in the United Kingdom. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Livianae products are food supplements intended to support lymphatic drainage and reduce water retention. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We accept the following payment methods:
Payment is processed securely at the time of order. We do not store any payment card details.
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.
Order confirmation will be sent to your email address within 24 hours of purchase.
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from China directly to the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery times: 7 to 20 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Important — UK Customs: As goods are shipped from outside the UK, your order may be subject to customs inspection. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are included in your order total and will not be charged separately. If additional charges are applied by UK customs authorities, we will cover them on your behalf, provided you notify us within 7 days of receipt of any such demand.
We ship via tracked shipping. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, natural disasters, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

Conditions for return:
Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

All content on livianae.com (text, images, logo, product descriptions, branding) is the exclusive property of FRAMB and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, FRAMB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at livianae.com/privacy-policy, and in compliance with UK GDPR.
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution. If no resolution can be reached, the matter will be referred to the competent French courts.
Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a UK consumer to bring a claim in UK courts under applicable UK consumer protection law.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to your purchase. We encourage you to review these Terms regularly.
